Tell us whether the same tent will host the ceremony, the reception or both. A ceremony needs clear chair rows and an aisle; a seated reception also needs space for tables, service routes and guest movement. Include a dance floor, a DJ position, catering tables and a bar in the plan before a tent size is recommended. Leave practical access routes for the venue and catering team.
Choose furniture to suit your occasion
Lounge couches, ottomans and coffee tables create a relaxed reception area. Banquet tables and Wimbledon or Tiffany chairs suit seated dining, subject to availability. Waterproof fabric does not mean every open side is enclosed: wind and rain direction affect coverage. Installation also depends on the surface, anchoring, vehicle access and venue restrictions. Share photographs and ask about a site assessment where needed.
